The role of skin microbiome in the process of wound healing is getting greater importance1. In these situations, skin repair products need to be well tolerated, to quickly relieve pain and support a rapid skin healing. Data regarding the clinical benefits of such products in different indications, across different age groups and including all phototypes have not yet been reported. The tested product was a dermocosmetic containing 2 prebiotic active ingredients (APF, a biomass grown in La Roche Posay thermal water, and Tribioma, a prebiotic complex of ferments, sugar and plant extract) associated with repairing active (Panthenol, Madecassoside and Zinc).
