INTRODUCTION & OBJECTIVES

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a complex, chronic relapsing skin disease characterized by underlying skin barrier porosity, microbiome disbalance, and type-2 inflammation.1-5 Emollients are recommended in the daily management of AD of any severity.

The present study assessed the clinical benefit and local tolerance of an emollient "plus" (Emollient+) in subjects aged above 3 years with mild AD over a period of 168 days.
